Since 1988 Rosa’s Plane Food Inc has been cooking artisanal Mexican food for the Imperial Valley. Originally opened its doors next to Calexico Airport, hence the name PLANE. We serve three concepts: Mexican food, Seafood and Steaks. We are now located in El Centro, California.
